Yes, I'm a nerd with too much free time. So here's the Structural Plan for The Ancients:
1. Rank:
1.1. Company Ranks:
The Ancients are divided into three ranks. Each rank receives different benefits and reflects varying levels of dedication and service to The Ancients.
1.1.1. Dawning Ancient:
Dawning Ancients are new to the Company and receive the least significant benefits from being in the Company. They pay the most interest on withdrawals, have the lowest chance of winning equipment in the Company raffles, and receive less frequent Company favors. They have the least obligation to assist other Company members, but benefit the most from doing so.
1.1.2. Exalted Ancient:
Exalted Ancients are intermediate members to the Company and receive standard benefits from being members. They have some obligation to help other Company members, and may be promoted to Timeless Ancients by doing so.
1.1.3. Timeless Ancient:
Timeless Ancients are members that have proven to be loyal to the Company. They receive the greatest benefits from being members, and are expected to actively help other Company members whenever possible. If there is a just cause, they may be demoted by a majority vote.
1.2. Improving Rank:
Moving up within The Ancients is not intended to be difficult if you prove to be a loyal member. Timeless Ancients have equal authority in promoting members, and base decisions on factors such as willingness to participate in Company activities, donations to the Company bank, and adherence to Company fiscal policies such as taxation and withdrawals.
2. Taxing:
2.1. Taxing Policy:
A percentage of all Ancients' income will be taxed weekly to the Company bank, which will likely be held by the secondary account of a chosen Timeless Ancient. The tentative percentage of the tax is 5%, and is subject to change. The purpose of the tax is to help the Company as a whole, and loyal Company members will benefit from the tax. Taxes will be sent weekly to the secondary account once weekly if a taxation system is not in effect in FFXIV. Members that do not send funds will not be punished strictly or immediately, and the amount submitted is enforced only by the honor system. If Company members consistently ignore the tax, it may result in demotion, suspension, or expulsion.
3. Donations:
Donations are optional deposits to the Company bank that can have various positive effects on the Company member who makes them.
3.1. Donation Benefits:
Donations to the Company bank can result in promotion, improved chance to win Company raffles, and extra Company favors. Donations may also make up for neglected taxes or other offenses to The Ancients.
4. Withdrawals:
Withdrawals are funds taken from the Company bank by members of The Ancients. Interest rates and maximum withdrawal amounts are set for each Company Rank, and one withdrawal must be fully paid off before another may be made.
4.1. Withdrawal Policy:
Dawning Ancients will be able to withdraw the least amount, and will pay the highest interest rates. Exalted Ancients can withdraw more and pay less interest, and Timeless Ancients can withdraw the most and pay the least interest.
4.2. Interest Rates:
Interest Rates are compounded weekly, and are based on the amount still owed at the end of the week. Dawning Ancients pay 15% interest, Exalted Ancients pay 10% interest, and Timeless Ancients pay 5% interest.
5. Rewards:
The Ancients reward loyal members frequently and consistently.
5.1. Rewards List:
The following are current ways through which members are rewarded.
5.1.1. Company Favors:
Each Company member is allotted a certain amount of “favors” monthly. If a member uses a favor, other members are expected almost always to drop what they are doing and aid the member in his or her specific request. Dawning Ancients receive one favor monthly, starting one week after joining the Company. Exalted Ancients and Timeless Ancients receive two favors monthly. Ideally, Company members are expected to help one another with the use of “favors”.
5.1.2. Equipment Rewards (Raffle):
Every week (or more frequently depending on Company development), a needed piece of equipment will be given to a member of The Ancients based on a raffle. The maximum price of the piece of equipment will be determined by Timeless Ancients based on the recipient's rank within the Company and his or her physical and class levels. Exalted and Timeless Ancients have a slightly improved chance to win raffles over Dawning Ancients based on a 1:1.25:1.5 ratio.
5.1.3. Crafting Incentives:
Every week (or more frequently depending on Company development), Company members may submit their crafting ranks to the Timeless Ancients. Within each crafting profession, a monetary reward will be given to one Company member as an incentive to further improve crafting abilities. Guild members are expected to craft items for one another at significantly reduced rates. Although there is no concrete policy to enforce this, it is a necessary condition to be a Company member. Timeless Ancients will give crafting incentives based on who has the highest rank within each craft, as well as who has shown the most improvement. Timeless Ancients cannot vote for themselves.
5.1.4. Company Events:
Company funds may be spent on Company events such as raids and favors, and do not need to be repaid. The validity of proposals for Company events are determined by Timeless Ancients.
5.2 Reward Ideas:
Additional ideas for rewards can be submitted by Exalted or Timeless Ancients, and can be made with a majority vote of Exalted and Timeless Ancients.

Revisions to this plan are welcome by all members, and can be submitted to The Ancients. In this case, they will be voted on by all members.
